Thumb rest and pinky grip points are rubberized. Large, pretty much completely fills my palm. Buttons spaced out across the mouse rather then tiny/clumped together. Why I enjoy the mouse: Ring finger button = amazing. In my opinion, this means it is time to start thinking about life after its death. I've been using my backup for almost two years.
